Sponsor An Event
- Minimum donation is $500
- Donate directly to multiple non-profits (tax deductible) of your choice
- Tree at the entrance of the Giving Tree Village
- Logo on all signage, advertising, website, and outreach communications
- Logo on giveaways for those who have visited the Giving Tree Village
- Opportunity to connect directly with the community by participating in decorating your organizations giving tree (optional)
- Complete Event Sponsorship Application
Sponsor A Tree (60 tree maximum)
- Select a local non-profit to sponsor and design and decorate a themed tree together with the non-profit.
- The initial donation is $325 with $100 going immediately to the non-profit.
- A display in front of each tree will provide information about the sponsoring organization and the non-profit.
- Logo will be posted on the website as a tree sponsor for the event.
- Sponsors will be listed in all communications distributed about the event.

In-Kind Donations
- 60 Trees: approximately $3,000 – $5,000 (sponsor confirmed for 2023)
- Signage: need 60 individual signs for each tree; banners with 2023 sponsors; individual signs for each event sponsor
- Drinks And Appetizer Items To Serve At The Jingle & Mingle: Major Event Sponsors’ 2023 Giving Tree Village Premiere
- Batteries: 60 AA batteries to light the individual tree signs
- Tree Stands: need 60 tree stands

Rotary Club of Davidson is one of 35,000 clubs across the world. We meet the first three Tuesdays of each month at noon at the North Harbor Club. Please send us an email if you would like to visit our club meeting.

Rotary Club of Davidson serves the community locally as well as international projects. We are made up of professionals from different fields – business, government, healthcare, and more. All are caring individuals who want to leave a positive mark on the world. These folks meet regularly to plan and carry out projects that address various needs, both close to home and around the world. We have assisted in providing much needed heart surgery for children in different countries, provided supplies during COVID for people in need across the world and provided financial support for medical clinics.
