Senior Community Connections is a social and support organization for older adults who see friendship, vibrant social engagement and a little help along the way as keys to a more fulfilling – sustainable – livelier life. We offer many services to seniors including transportation, technology assistance, personal advocacy and resources, activities, and programs for aging in place.
