The Cornelius Animal Shelter is a government non-profit that serves as a dual purpose facility, acting as Animal Control for the Town of Cornelius as well as a local adoption location for families to find pets for their homes. With Animal Control leadership and volunteers working together the Shelter provides animals in our care a great place to have a temporary home while being given the opportunity to find a loving permanent home.
