Gold ($TBD) 2 or 3 Gold Sponsors

  • Donate directly multiple non-profits (tax deductible) of your choice
  • Logo on all signage, advertising, website, and outreach communications
  • Opportunity to connect directly with the community by participating in decorating your organizations giving tree (optional)

Mainstreet Match Unlimited Participants

  • Designed for retail and other “MainStreet” organizations to demonstrate their support as a community to the local non-profit community.
  • With approximately 2,000 individual families visiting the Giving Tree Village donating a minimum of $5.00, the challenge is for MainStreet organizations to collectively match the $5.00 with a small dollar amount ($.25, $.50, $.75. $1.00) for each unique voter.
  • Organizations will receive signage/placard to be placed in their window designating them as a MainStreet Match Supporter.
  • Each organization will have a sign on the fencing around the outside of the Giving Tree Village highlighting their support for the Giving Tree Village.
  • The organization’s logo will be posted on the Giving Tree Village website as a MainStreet Match Sponsor.
  • Visitors to the Giving Tree Village will vote for the tree of their choice. Voting categories include most unique decorations, best theme, most colorful, best handmade (DIY) decorations, most whimsical, (open to other ideas)

Sponsor a Tree (60 tree maximum)

  • Select a local non-profit to sponsor and design and decorate a themed tree together with the non-profit.
  • The initial donation is $325 with $100 going immediately to the non-profit.
  • A display in front of each tree will provide information about the organization sponsor and the non-profit.
  • Each tree will have a display detailing information about the sponsor and the charity.
  • Logo will be posted on the website as a tree sponsor for the event.
  • Sponsors will be listed in all communications distributed about the event.
